Poly Medicure Limited is involved in the manufacture and distribution of disposable medical equipment such as intravenous cannulae, blood bags, catheters and around 100 other products. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is promoted by the Baid Family. The Board is chaired by Mr. D R Metha, a retired IAS Officer, who held the position of SEBI Chairman and Dy. Governor of RBI in the past. Poly Med has starting exporting new products to the United States, which have the potential to improve the fortunes of the company.
