Our People and Culture

At TWS, each member of the organisation brings something valuable to the table, which enables us to provide quality service to our clients. We have people from diverse backgrounds working together to build a holistic view of the financial markets. The firm was started in 2010 by an IIT Bombay graduate who also holds the CFA Charter. The team is now comprised of Chartered Accountants, CFA Charterholders, Company Secretaries and Advocates. Most of our analysts are engineers and CFA Candidates, which we think helps taking research and analysis beyond the financial statements and into the understanding of the underlying business.

The culture at our firm encourages all the members, regardless of their designation, to freely voice their opinions during discussions; so that every decision is backed by a valid and logical reason. We pride ourselves in having the ability to critically analyse situations and developing independent perspectives, instead of simply following the herd. Not only is there a focus on improving the productivity and quality of work, emphasis is also laid on personal development of the junior team members.
